Welcome to SINBAD PLANT LIMITED a wholly independent Plant Hire Company, providing a wide range of sales and hire services to the construction, civil engineering, railway and allied industries. We can supply plant for all your purposes, and our services include excavator hire, mini excavator hire, tipper lorry hire, dozer hire, and non-operated plant hire. We also supply specialist equipment such as laser levelling plant and rail plant. All machines are expertly maintained by our team of fully trained fitters in accordance with our maintenance policy. Our operatives all hold the appropriate CSCS (Construction Skills Competence Scheme) or CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) qualifications, undergo regular medical examinations and many hold Personal Track Safety certificates for working on or near railway lines.

At Sinbad we have the very latest high technology laser equipment, GPS and ATS systems, available for use with our Caterpillar dozers.
Today technology is revolutionising the way that construction is done and Sinbad, using Trimble technology, are in the vanguard of this revolution with its 3D and laser based construction solutions for mass excavation, site preparation and fine grading.

Performing earthworks, smarter, faster and more profitably is a prime purpose for our customers. The use of lasers in conjunction with our machines will save you contract time, materials, site management time and most importantly money compared with conventional methods of surveying and checking. Laser technology makes it possible to lay areas in excess of 4500 m� in one day to an accuracy of +/- 5 mm. The materials may be any well graded soils or hardcore and it is also possible to lay drylean concrete.

This can be to any fall or crossfall required; the machine will constantly check and control the levels thus avoiding the need for reworking materials. This technology is particularly effective for preparation works for floor slabs, car parks and road works

Trimble 3D control System can be used on more complex projects where the digital design data from the design/CAD software can be converted for guidance of the blade control. This has been successfully used by Sinbad in the construction of race-courses, car parks and roads.

Laser technology is also available for our 360� and 180� excavators for controlling digging depths.
