We are an offsite construction company offering turnkey solutions on projects for local authorities and private clients up to the value of 1.5m. we are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to assist with the day to day activities of the business. Duties will include preperation of tenders, valuations, final accounts and the placing of sub contract packages fo on site works. Applicants should have good communication skills, be personable with the ability to recognise client requirements and hold appropriate qualifications.

Senior Electrical Design Engineer

This Building Services Design Consultancy based in Oxfordshire is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. You will need to have good Electrical design skills, with several years post qualification experience or more. You will be educated to Degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering and have broad based experience across a range of sectors. You will also need to have the ability to make a valuable contribution to the design process and you will also have a strong commercial awareness. You will also need to have a good understanding of the client\'s requirements and be extremely client facing and you will also have the ability to design using AutoCAD and Hevacomp. You will be covering a wide range of interesting projects which will include domestic, commercial, schools and historic buildings. You will also have relevant electrical design experience gained with a previous firm of building services consulting engineers.

As an IPAF Trainer your key role will be to organise, manage and supervise the courses and the students. You will need to make sure that all budgets are kept to and that training spaces and plant equipment are kept available and safe to use.

The Following IPAF Training and Pasma Training Requirements Apply to this Role:

Essential : IPAF,PASMA, Instructor, Good team player, willing to travel, Full UK driving licence. Some weekend working will be required.
Desirable: NEBOSH General certificate, IOSH Tutor, NPORS Instructor, manual handling, ladder, abrasive wheels instructor.
