&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;b&gt;Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Full management of assigned portfolio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preparing and managing service charge budgets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing planned maintenance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Regular property visits&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Continuous improvement of portfolio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Must have:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Driving license and own car&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Block Management experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organised and punctual&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills both verbally and written&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A keen problem solver and good under pressure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Client facing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong administration and excellent IT skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Positive and encouraging attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Good to have but not essential:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;TPI qualified&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
