Business Development Manager- Fit Out - Central London - £300-£500 PD

We have a client in Central London that is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager.  They specialise in high class Fit Out/Refurb projects within the Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors, £500K - £1M on average and up to £2.5M, they have been established over 10 years.

They want an experienced Business Development Manager to come on board and drive the business development/Marketing side forward and continue with their growth plans. They have been around 10 years+ and have a stable client base in high end markets.

You will be number 1 on the Business Development/Marketing side and report straight to the Project Director.

You will be well versed in business development, producing high quality PQQ's, Accurate reporting and interpretation of pre tender client proposals, effective liaison with clients, the effective preparation and presentation of Bids where necessary.

Applicants will have to be from a BDM/Bid Manager background to be considered, ideally within Fit Out/Refurbishment

This position is a fixed 6 month contract and then you will become a permanent member of staff after 6 month. They may also look at someone permanent from the start.

Day rate of £300-£500 a day dependant on experience, pipeline and contacts.
