Contracts Manager - Fit Out - Central/South London - £250 - £300 Per Day

Our client a South London Main contractor requires an experienced Contracts Manager for their Commercial/Residential and Leisure  Fit Out/Refurb division.

You will be required to run several high class fit out/interior refurbishment projects mainly within the Residential and Commercial sectors in the region of £250,000 - £500,000 and on ocassion up to £2.5M. Projects will be based in exclusive London post codes within South/Central and West London.

You are from a contracts management background within the fit out/refurb sectors and ideally have ran projects that reqire high class finishes.

Our client is not just looking for a Commercial Fit Out CM they would like an all rounder that has some experience in eg irefurb, bars and restaurants would be helpful.

Ideally you would have started you career as a carpenter/joiner and then worked the traditional route, site manager, contracts manager.

This position offers a day rate of £250 - £300 and is a fixed 6 month contract, you will be offered permanent employment at the end of 6 month.
