Retail Site Manager

This is a contract role for a retail site manager for a 6 week shop fitting project in North London, starting in the last week of June.

The site manager will be responsible for delivering the project to schedule and meeting health and safety standards. You will be the most senior person on site, reporting to the contracts manager who will attend site on a weekly basis. You will be accountable for setting out, organising materials, managing both subcontractors & direct teams, and attending weekly site meetings with the client.

The shop fitting site manager will have:
* Experience in delivering fast track retail fit out projects
* Flexibility with hours and weekends to meet project demands 
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
* Valid SMSTS & First Aid at Work certificates
* Eligibility to work in the UK
