My client, a major building contractor in Bahrain is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The projects you be working on are high rise/mixed use and industrial. You will possess proficiency in FIDIC form of contract in the International Method of Measurements including POMI and CESSM3 and possess good working knowledge in the application of Microsoft word, Excel and AutoCAD and basic knowledge in the Primavera software systems. You will have a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and preference will be given to a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. You will have extended experience in the construction industry. You are a dynamic Senior QS and must have ten years’ experience (minimum five years in the GCC) with reputable organisation. Only European applicants with Middle East experience will be considered
