Senior Mechnanical Commmercial / Technical Manager

A senior estimator / commercial manager is currently required for a company who are a leader in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services within the public, commercial and industrial premises throughout the UK. 

The ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate a proven track record in PQQ preparation, Bid proposals/ presentations, accurate costing of plans, project management and in developing value engineering solutions.

This is a "hands on role" and the successful applicant will also be able to get involved in the "nuts & bolts " detail.
