Our client is a large building services Maintenance engineering contractors. They are now seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in the London area. You will need to have a good working knowledge of building services maintenance and ideally be Multi Skilled with the ability to carry out PPMS on a broad range of plant within large office buildings. You will need to provide Hands on technical solutions for PPMs as well as fault-finding and you should be fully conversant with a detailed knowledge of plant status and Building Conditions. You will preferably have a qualification in Mechanical or building services engineering as well as have a good working knowledge of BMS systems. You will have already gained previous experience as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer and you will need to hold a full driving licence.
