Document Controller with IMS experience required for a tier 1 principal contractor.
This exciting permanent role will be based in the clients Head Office in Hoddesdon.

Role

Within this role you will be responsible for but not limited to any of the following:

Amendments to the IMS documentation which do not have a strategic impact or require agreement from more than one business unit.

Changes to documentation of a strategic nature (e.g. policy) must be approved by the Head of CR.

The issue of business unit specific product alerts needs the approval of the Head of CR.

The issue of all alerts, regardless of discipline, must be approved by the Head of CR.

Skills

Demonstrate an understanding of Workspace functionalities for projects and shared services

Support or represent a business unit at a meeting or presentation

Previously worked as an IMS controller/Document controller

Experience working within the civil engineering/construction sector is desirable

ISO 9001 & 4001 experience

Demonstrable oversight of the MS Change Request process with evidence of managing timescales
