Our client is a large firm of consulting engineers and surveyors who work on projects in the oil & gas, renewable energy, civil engineering and building construction industry working on projects around the world. They have a number of framework agreements in place and one of their Oil & Gas operator clients now seeks an experienced Planning Engineer who has worked as a Planner for Drilling projects based in clients offices in Aberdeen. This role will be on a contract basis and is for a period of a year which could be extended for considerably longer. The ideal candidate will need to have good experience of planning software with at least ten years or more experience as a planner with eight years or more in the oil & gas industry with most of that working on drilling projects.
