This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction based advertising company, we are looking to expand our Field Sales team to locate and create new business opportunities within their local area.
Reporting to your local Sales Manager, duties within the role will include cold calling, fact finding, business proposals, customer visits and maximising opportunities for existing accounts. Whilst being customer-oriented and passionate about providing our clients with the very best service, you will also be required to achieve a personal monthly target as well as working with your manager and sales team to make sure we achieve the company goals.
We are looking for hardworking, committed, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to become key members of our highly successful field sales team. You will have the opportunity for uncapped earnings plus other benefits.
An ideal candidate would have experience in advertising / internet advertising sales and have a sales record of achieving targets with some notable achievements. You must be able to demonstrate sales negotiation and closing skills as well as being self motivated and confident.
Based from home your responsibilities will include:
- To manage and proactively develop your assigned territory in a manner that ensures agreed targets are met and exceeded wherever possible
- To represent the company to both prospective and existing customers in a professional manner and to the standards required by the Company
- To manage your time and travel to ensure optimum face to face meetings
- To ensure your personal skills are maintained and updated with changes that occur within our markets
- To ensure that your knowledge of the company product and market trends is current at all times
- To ensure all documentation required is completed fully, accurately and on time as requested by management
- To communicate, co-operate with and support colleagues in all departments within the company
- To assist with company becoming the most respected name within our markets for honesty, value and service
In addition to the above responsibilities, your duties will also include:
- Appointment setting and journey planning
- Managing existing customers and territory and developing new business
- Co-ordinating of field sales reports, sales forecasting/planning and Reporting
- Proposal/ lead tracking
- Internals sales account management
You must also be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
