The campaign, which will roll out over a number of months, is targeting talented professionals with strong technical skills for roles in project management, project engineering, quantity surveying health, safety and quality. It is also looking for project supervisors and other experienced leaders.

Hub managing director Cathal O’Rourke said the organisation is delivering some of Australia’s most exciting projects. “We are working on projects that are changing the very face of Australian cities, and providing critical public and economic infrastructure,” he said. “We provide our people with the opportunity to be challenged and inspired every day in the exciting world of engineering and project delivery - while living in one of the most stunning countries on earth. We are looking for people who share our passion for innovation and are committed to finding smarter and safer ways of delivering certainty for our clients.”

He added: “Laing O’Rourke is also committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities in which we work. We can only truly build the strongest delivery teams, if we have the strongest mix of people in them. “Join us in our mission to become the recognised leader in innovation and excellence in the construction industry.”
