£250m wall insulation framework tendered

Efficiency East Midlands’ external and internal wall insulation and render systems framework is being procured on behalf of its 87 public sector member organisations.

Contractors need to be able that they are not only competent but know their way around the latest funding schemes.

While wall insulation and render system projects will form the main requirements of this framework, contractors may also be required to insulate roofs and lofts too.

The framework runs for four years and has an estimated total value of £250m. It is divided into two lots: one (£75m total value) for works on up to 30 properties, and another (£175m) for bigger schemes involving more than 30 properties.
