£400m housing repairs out to tender

Housing repair work with a value of up to £400m is being put out to tender by a group of housing associations in southern England.

The A2Dominion Group has more 33,000 homes across London, central and southern England.

It is looking for two contractors with whom it can form joint ventures – one for housing repairs and maintenance in London and one for Oxfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex and Wiltshire.

Each lot has an estimated value of £100m to £200m over the lifetime of the contract, which will be an initial 10 years, with an option to extend for a further five.
