A-Plant will take on 150 new apprentices in 2015, up from just 39 in 2014. This will more than double the total number of apprentices in the organisation to more than 250.
The majority of A-Plant apprentices follow the plant maintenance apprenticeship, which is a three-year programme where apprentices attend Reaseheath College in Nantwich, Cheshire, on residential block release. A-Plant’s scheme also covers other disciplines such as drivers, customer services, human resources, finance and credit.
