He joins from Aspin Group and previously worked for Ivor King and Van Elle.
At Aarsleff, Ashley Carter’s primary role will be to build the company’s sheet piling business.
General manager Kevin Hague said: “The sheet piling business is an area in which we have considerable expertise, but we have not been particularly active in this sector in recent years. Ashley’s appointment and vast previous experience in the sheet piling industry will strengthen our proposition considerably and allow Aarsleff to capitalise on the many opportunities this sector presents.”
