Places for People bought an initial 50% of Allenbuild for £1.375m in November 2014. It was always part of the deal that it would buy the other half of the business once 10 outstanding contracts had reached practical completion. This point has now been reached and the second instalment paid.
Allenbuild was the new-build affordable housing part of Renew’s Specialist Building business.
