Stuart Doughty has unrivalled experience among construction executives, having been chief executive of Costain and Hyder Consulting and headed the civil engineering divisions of variously John Laing, Alfred McAlpine and Tarmac during his long career.
Previous non-executive roles include chairman of Silverdell and Somero and non-executive director at Scott Wilson.
