The port is looking for a contractor to take on the first package, a land reclamation contract worth £20m, as well as four additional contractors who will bid for later packages under a framework agreement.
Port of Dover has also published a contract notice for a £10m enabling works contract for dredging.
There is also an opportunity for demolition contractors. A third contract notice advertises for a contractor to demolish the Dunkirk jetty ahead of main works. The demolition contract is budgeted at £5m.
