Caddick works on Warrington Sainsbury's
Yorkshire-based Caddick Construction has won a £4m contract to build a new Sainsbury’s supermarket for Wilson Bowden Developments at Chapelford Retail Centre, near Warrington.
The supermarket is being built on the site of the former RAF Burtonwood where new homes and local amenities including a school and further shops are being developed.
Caddick is scheduled to complete the construction of the shell of the 3,455 square metre supermarket in April.
Contracts manager Chris Allottsaid: “We have a wide range of retail experience including the construction of a shell for Sainsbury’s in Neston, Cheshire, in December 2010.”
