CHG plans £19m Park Royal flats
Social landlord Catalyst Housing Group is advertising for a contractor to build a £19m housing scheme in London.
The First Central development in Park Royal will comprises 138 apartments. Work also includes under croft car parking, associated infrastructure and landscaping
CHG is looking to shortlist five or six bidders to submit full tenders for the project later in the year.
