This week Swindon Magistrates’ Court heard how the HSE inspector found that the company had not taken appropriate measures to prevent falls from height, putting workers at risk of serious injury.

Industrial Steel Frames Ltd, of Church Street, Ilkeston, was fined £15,000, and ordered to pay £580 in costs after pleading guilty to an offence under Regulation 6(3) of the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
