Some 350 flats and maisonettes are set to be refurbished on the Copley Close Estate in Hanwell, London W7 over the next five years under phase two of an improvement programme, and 450 are to get external refurbishment. In addition, the contract calls for the new construction of approximately 202 flats and houses, of varying ownership types.
The council is planning on selecting six contractors to bid by September 2013.
