The total value of the framework, which runs for an initial four years with option to extend for up to another 48 months, is £396m.
The framework offers social housing landlords a framework to meet their requirements for elemental replacement works, running alongside Efficiency North’s installers’ framework to provide more options for members.
Added social value measures that are embedded include a requirement on framework contractors to offer a minimum of two full time training opportunities per £1m project value spent through the framework.
