JF Finnegan has been appointed to build Costco’s new 140,000 square-foot store next to Wembley Stadium in north London. It is now on site undertaking remediation, site preparation and highways works.
Once enabling works are complete, JF Finnegan moves on to its second contract, which will see the design completion and development of the warehouse store.
Contract values were not disclosed.
The contracts represent repeat business for the contractor. JF Finnegan has built several Costco stores previously and is currently constructing a 375,000 square-foot Costco distribution depot in Crick, Northamptonshire.
