David Wilson announces seven new schemes
Bardon-based housebuilder David Wilson East Midlands has announced that it will start work on seven new projects in the region during the next year.
Once completed, these developments will deliver 710 new homes.
David Wilson East Midlands sales director Philip Lacey said: "Buyer confidence is steadily improving and we're seeing encouraging demand for our homes. The fact that we are starting new sites is also good news for local sub-contractors and the supply chain. We continue to highly value the strong relationships we have with our partners in the build process.”
