Developer moves on £75m Wembley Park scheme

Anthology, a London residential developer established last year with backing from Oaktree Capital Management, has acquired the Amex House site from Durkin Group.

The 1.6 acre site is on North End Road in Wembley Park, which forms an integral part of the £2.5bn regeneration taking place in the area led by the London Borough of Brent.

Anthology is aiming to lodge a planning application to get construction completed by 2018.
