Bolands Quay – formerly Boland’s Mill – has been designed by architectural practice Burke Kennedy Doyle and will provide three new buildings comprising approximately 36,850m2 of office, residential, retail and cultural space. The client is Bolands Quay Development Group.
The development will also involve the restoration of a number of protected mill buildings, the creation of a new civic plaza looking onto the waterfront and a new pedestrian bridge.
