Edinburgh council is looking to award a contract for the next phase of its 21st Century Homes build programme.
This phase aims to deliver up to 320 new build homes across a number of cleared sites totalling 4.7 hectares in the North Sighthill area of the city. There will be a mix of council housing, other affordable and private housing for sale.
It is anticipated that construction will start in 2016.
