Shropshire-based Reconomy specialises in outsourced waste management services to the construction, industrial and commercial sectors. Its clients include Balfour Beatty, Kier, Morgan Sindall and Lendlease.

This is Reconomy’s second acquisition this year. In January 2015 it purchased Countrywide Waste Management.
