Ian McGillivary joins the board of Forrest as commercial director from Carillion, where he was responsible for the commercial performance of the facilities management business.
The appointment will see Ian join Forrest’s board as it eyes growth on a national scale across its refurbishment, new-build, responsive and energy services activity in the social housing, residential and commercial sectors.
CEO Lee McCarren said: “Ian’s appointment comes at a time when we’re accelerating our geographic expansion – with our imminent launch of our first office in the North East due to give us total coverage across the North of England.
“His experience at one of the UK’s largest construction companies, coupled with his expertise in developing teams and driving growth will be an invaluable asset as we continue to target expansion across our key markets nationally.”
