The framework has 17 lots covering: asbestos; water hygiene; fire safety; electrical safety; and facilities management.
For the first time, new lots for passive fire safety and retrofit maintenance have been added.
Phil Woodhead, facilities management framework manager at Fusion21, said: “We have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework to better support property compliance needs – whilst ensuring members will continue to generate greater efficiency savings.”
He added: “The new framework will also make direct award call-offs easier – a huge benefit to members – including those working within the education and blue light sectors. We welcome applications from interested organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation.”
The submission deadline is Thursday 19th January 2017.
