Fusion21 renews £500m frameworks

4 Dec 15 Procurement organisation Fusion21 is renewing its heating systems and planned maintenance frameworks, which offer a potential total workload of £500m over the four year term, it says.

The servicing, maintenance and installation of heating systems framework is now available on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.org – under Notice ID NOV117331.

Running over four years with a value of up to £200m, the heating framework covers a variety of planned and reactive work on both domestic and commercial heating installations and offers five lots including: servicing and maintenance of domestic heating systems; installation of domestic heating systems; servicing and maintenance of commercial heating installations; installation of commercial heating installations and gas consultancy works.

Three planned maintenance frameworks are also listed on mytenders. There are: supply of materials (Notice ID DEC117852), worth up to £100m over four years; installation works (Notice ID DEC117836), worth up to £200m; and distribution of materials (Notice ID DEC117853) worth up to £10m.

The supply of materials framework includes a variety of materials required for use in kitchen and bathrooms, heating, and windows and doors programmes, while the installation works framework includes installation and replacement programmes of kitchens and bathrooms, in addition to windows and doors.

Fusion21 procurement manager Nick Verburg said: “Following past success and demand from our members we are delighted to announce the renewal of these popular frameworks – which for the first time both offer installation elements split over two value bands, emphasising our commitment to supporting SMEs to bid for work.”

The submission deadline for the heating systems framework is 21st December 2015 at noon. The submission deadline for the planned maintenance frameworks is 20th January 2016 at noon.
