The Forbury Place project will see the creation of 185,000 sq ft of Category A office space in the first of two new office complexes on the site of the former Energis House in Reading. The eight-storey building will target a BREEAM Excellent rating and provide an additional 450 parking spaces that will service both buildings on completion.
Project architect is Aukett Fitzroy Robinson and the client team also includes consultants Sweett, URS, AKS Ward and Total Project Integration.
