The Wacker Neuson RTx is a two-in-one trench roller that allows users to change between an operating width of 820mm and 560mm.
“We’ll now have in excess of 60 trench rollers in our fleet following this latest delivery of 13 trench rollers,” said GAP procurement manager Ken Stewart.
All GAP trench rollers are from Wacker. “We’ve been very pleased with the performance, reliability and durability of the Wacker product and the excellent after-sales support and service,” he added.
The remote controlled trench roller is often used to compact cohesive and granular material. It is designed with the exciter directly below the axles to give a high compaction performance and stability. The remote control system uses infrared technology for safety.
