GB’s contract comprises 133 units including 31 one-bedroom and 61 two-bedroom apartments as well as 14 three-bedroom and 27 four-bedroom houses including access roads, car parks and landscaping. Twelve of the units will be affordable properties available through Notting Hill Housing Trust. This work is due for completion in July 2015.
