GT Access adds Manitou platforms

4 Mar 15 Access hire company GT Access has added 20 Manitou rough terrain articulated access platforms to its fleet.

The £700,000 order comprised five units each of four different models with working heights of up to 20 metres. All have now been delivered.

The mix includes the 160ATJ and 160ATJ+ models, both of which have a working height of 16 metres. The latter has a larger basket of 2.4m x 0.9m and increased basket capacity of 400kg.  A larger storage area for tools and equipment is also available. Completing the Manitou line up for GTAccess are the 18-metre working height 180ATJ and 20-metre 200ATJ.

Manitou ATJ access have three steering modes, hydrostatic transmission, four-wheel drive, and heavy-duty axles and underbelly protection.
