Highway Hire has ordered seven new van-mounted Versalift ETM36-F platforms for its hire fleet, with the first three already delivered and working in the field.

Fitted to 3.5-tonne Ford Transit vans, the ETM36-F platform has a working height of 13 metres and a maximum outreach of 7.3 metres.

Highway Hire operations manager Graham Papierowski said:  “The decision to buy Versalift was taken based upon research done with our customers who highlighted guaranteed delivery times, proven and competitively priced product and first class sales and aftersales service as key requirements. After speaking to many platform suppliers it was clear to us that Versalift met all of these requirements and more.”

Versalift UK sales director Andy Bray said that Highway Hire’s chosen ETM36-F model was “ideally suited to street lighting applications”.
