The project developer and client for Business Garden Wroclaw is Vastint Poland.
Hochtief will erect a 15-storey high-rise and five 7-storey buildings on a total area of more than 130,000m2. An underground car park will be provided for each building. In total, 1,100 parking spaces will be created.
"We are delighted to be able, with this contract, to continue the successful cooperation with our client Vastint for whom we already realized a similar large-scale project in Warsaw from 2011 to 2016,” said Henryk Liszka, CEO of Hochtief Polska. “Poland is a successful and strategically important market for Hochtief.”
The buildings will be constructed to meet the LEED Platinum standard and are scheduled for completion in 2019.
