UK Trade & Investment is highlighting the opportunity for British companies to the tender for the building in Reykjavik. The institute will provide facilities for instruction, research and knowledge dissemination in the field of languages and culture.
The total building area is 3,744m2, of which 3,543m2 is floor space in the four-storey building itself, with the remainder made up of a tunnel linking the institute with the university centre.
The total time for the project construction is estimated at 18 months, with completion due in October next year.
