Work is due to start on site next week and is to be completed by the end of August 2015.
The design team on the project includes architect Sheppard Robson, project manager & quantity surveyor Gardiner & Theobald and engineer Arup.
The linear, six-storey building will be built into a 7m-high embankment. At 6,000 square metres gross internal area, the building will house teaching facilities for the business school, as well as offices, meeting rooms and a café. Break-out spaces will be connected vertically via staircases and a series of atria to provide transparency across the different floors.
