Former Fat Face CFO Helen Cowing is taking over from Jonathan Houlton, who has resigned after nine years as ISG’s finance director.
Helen Cowling’s board level experience is mostly in the retail sector. For the past year she has been CFO at retail group American Golf. Before that she had the same role at clothes retailer Fat Face and vending company Selecta. She left Fat Face in 2014 after just a year when its plans for a stock market flotation were shelved.
Ms Cowling will join ISG as chief financial officer in March 2016 and, after a handover period, take over as group finance director at the end of June when Jonathan Houlton leaves.
ISG chairman Roy Dantzic said: "I am delighted Helen is joining as our chief financial officer and welcome her to ISG. She is a proven CFO with considerable operating experience of international businesses in growing markets. She brings to ISG a strong track record in financial management.”
