ISG sets delisting date
Construction company ISG will cease to be listed on the London Stock Exchange on 29th March 2016.
The last day of dealings in ISG shares on AIM will be 24th March 2016.
Cathexis UK Holdings now owns more than 75% of the business and has instructed ISG to apply to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of trading in its ordinary shares.
As a result, ISG will not be publishing its interim results on 8th March 2016 as had been previously planned.
The board of ISG is recommending any remaining ISG shareholders to get out quick since cancellation of trading will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any ISG ordinary shares not acquired by Cathexis.
