Works will include plastering, joinery, mechanical and electrical works, flooring, painting and decorating and the installation of fixed furniture and equipment.
The £16m Creative Edge building will provide a new home for the university’s media and computing departments.
John Turner will start on site this month and should complete by the beginning of September.
