The £350m framework runs for four years from July 2016. Invitations to tender are expected to go out to shortlisted parties next month.

Faithful & Gould, Arcadis, Bilfinger GVA and Grant Thornton have joined forces to create a company they have called Built Environment Consultancy Services Partnerships Ltd. They claim that their JV would be “a transformational move for the construction industry in meeting the funding and servicing challenges”.

Arcadis managing director John Williams said: “The growth of the Scape asset management, surveying and design services framework over the last four years has been one of the major success stories in the UK construction industry.  We are excited to be part of a joint venture that will provide a unique and powerful base to drive the further growth of the framework.”
