Rise Management Consultancy has commissioned J S Wright to fit out all 59 of the one- and two-bedroom apartments and the communcal facilities at Hampstead Green Place, which is being developed by PegasusLife.

JS Wright will install a central plant room with a combined heat and power unit to serve the development, which is designed with chamfered brick openings across interlinked blocks of six to 10 storeys. It will be the contractor's largest combined mechanical and electrical services package since its expansion into the electrical sector.

The project includes the installation of swimming pool plant, a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system and water sprinklers, along with lighting and power systems, warden call and voice & data systems and an emergency generator.

JS Wright will start work on site in April 2017, with completion scheduled for spring 2018.

Managing director Marcus Aniol said: “We are delighted that such a prestigious new client has awarded us our biggest mechanical and electrical services contract, while we continue to serve existing clients with the support of our long-standing electrical partners.”
