The new DOC engines will be available to original equipment from next year. Kubota’s existing range of engines uses diesel particulate filters (DPFs) as an after-treatment device to reduce emissions.

Kubota said that its DOC engine models, available from 36.5 kW to 54.6 kW, meet and exceed European Stage IIIB requirements.

Kubota business development manager Daniel Grant said: “These four new DOC models have been specifically developed and designed to provide our customers with additional engine options and flexibility in choosing the right engine for their application.
