The contract award comes on the back of the completion of the refurbishment of Braintree Leisure Centre last year.
The work, expected to take 10 months to complete, involves the demolition and reconstruction of the wet changing facilities and the full refurbishment of all other areas of the leisure centre.
Integral Build divisional director Tim Stringer said: “The project at Tottenham Green really puts Integral Build into the major projects division for leisure and health club refurbishment projects. We’re delighted to be working with Fusion again and we’ve proved ourselves to be able to deliver complex refurbishment projects within these fast-track, live environments.”
