The contract involves delivering facilities management (FM) services across 12 European countries. Macro is to work with Citrix to enable new ways for people to work better, through a programme that standardises processes across the company’s European property portfolio.
The aim is to ensure consistency across every location, with the aim of reducing the total cost and improving the delivery of services.
The integrated FM package will include maintenance, cleaning, pest control and vending. Macro will initially service properties in Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, France and Ireland, with others due to be mobilised later this year.
Christian Schneider, senior director of real estate and facilities for Europe, the Middle East and Asia at Citrix and Jennie Westall, the company’s real estate and facilities manager, said: “Macro was selected to partner with Citrix as it can provide a flexible, scalable solution in our heterogeneous office environments.
